Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• WorldCupGigs: the platform, its organizers, BPO placement experts, trainers, and all personnel involved in the administration of the program.
• Applicant: any individual who submits an application form, completes an assessment, or makes a payment through the WorldCupGigs platform.
• Candidate: an Applicant confirmed as eligible and admitted into a training cohort.
• Program: the full WorldCupGigs training, placement, and work cycle tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026, running June 12 – July 19, 2026.
• Tournament Period: June 12, 2026 to July 19, 2026.
• Platform Partners: Amazon, Shopify, YouTube, TikTok, Uber, Bolt, Netflix, Airbnb, Alibaba, Walmart, eBay, and others.
• Application Fee: KES 1,000 via MPESA Paybill 522522, Account Number 1260390764.
• Admission Code: unique alphanumeric identifier issued to each confirmed Candidate.
• Cohort: a group of confirmed Candidates who train together during the same week.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, an Applicant must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. Applicants under 18 must obtain written parental/guardian consent.
• Have a functional smartphone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection.
• Be located in or have strong ties to Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, The Philippines, Guatemala, Romania, or the USA. Applicants from other countries may apply but placement priority may vary.
• Have sufficient command of English to communicate professionally in written and spoken form.
• Be available for the full one-week training program and the Tournament Period (June 12 – July 19, 2026).
• Score a minimum of 30 out of 41 marks on the WorldCupGigs combined assessment.

Application Process and Assessment

The application process consists of: submission of the application form, completion of the combined assessment, payment of the application fee, and confirmation by the WorldCupGigs team. No stage may be skipped or substituted.

The combined assessment tests English proficiency and basic computer/smartphone literacy. Any evidence of cheating, proxy completion, or use of external aids results in immediate and permanent disqualification.

Assessment results are final. WorldCupGigs does not offer re-assessments, appeals, or manual score reviews under any circumstances.

Application Fee, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy

Upon successful completion of the assessment, Applicants pay KES 1,000 via MPESA Paybill 522522, Account Number 1260390764. This fee covers training preparation, cohort management, expert facilitation, admission code generation, and placement guidance.

Following payment, Applicants must immediately send proof of payment and their program email to WorldCupGigs on WhatsApp at +254 731 652449. Failure to submit within 24 hours may cause a delay or rejection.

Applicants who withdraw before signing the placement contract may receive a refund of up to 70% of the Application Fee, provided the written withdrawal request is submitted via WhatsApp before the contract signing stage. Refunds are processed within 14 working days. Applicants who have signed the contract, commenced work, or been disqualified for misconduct or fraud are not eligible for any refund.

Training Program Obligations

Upon admission, Candidates must:

• Attend every daily one-hour mandatory training session scheduled Monday through Saturday (Sundays excluded).
• Join sessions on time and remain present for the full duration. Partial attendance does not count as a completed session.
• Missing one training session without a valid and pre-approved reason will result in the Candidate being moved to the next available cohort.
• Missing two or more sessions without prior notice may result in permanent disqualification without refund.
• Maintain professional conduct in the cohort WhatsApp group at all times. Sharing the group link externally or posting irrelevant content results in immediate removal.
• Keep their Admission Code confidential. Sharing or transferring it to any other individual is strictly prohibited and results in disqualification of both parties.

Platform Placement and Job Guarantee

WorldCupGigs guarantees job placement for every Candidate who successfully completes the full one-week training program, meets all attendance requirements, and maintains satisfactory conduct. Every qualifying Candidate will be placed with at least one Platform Partner before the Tournament Period begins.

Candidates are advised to work with no more than two platforms at a time to keep their work quality consistent.

Earnings, Deductions, and Contract Terms

• A deduction of 4% of total gross earnings during the Tournament Period will be retained by WorldCupGigs, collected only after the Tournament Period concludes on July 19, 2026.
• Example: a Candidate who earns KES 100,000 will have KES 4,000 deducted, receiving a net payout of KES 96,000.
• The 4% deduction applies exclusively to earnings made during the Tournament Period. No further deductions are made after July 19, 2026.
• All Candidates must sign the WorldCupGigs contract before being formally placed with any platform.

WorldCupGigs does not determine or guarantee the specific amount of earnings a Candidate will make. Earnings depend on the Candidate's effort, availability, output quality, and Platform Partner demand.

Conduct, Integrity, and Disqualification

WorldCupGigs maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, dishonesty, and disruptive behavior. The following result in immediate and permanent disqualification without any refund:

• Submitting false personal information, fabricated qualifications, or fraudulent documents.
• Making a fake or unverifiable MPESA payment and submitting fraudulent proof of payment.
• Completing the assessment using external assistance, proxy individuals, or unauthorized tools.
• Sharing the private cohort WhatsApp group link, Admission Code, or any internal program materials.
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or any form of misconduct toward WorldCupGigs staff, trainers, or fellow Candidates.
• Attempting to circumvent the program process in any way not explicitly authorized by WorldCupGigs.
• Providing deliberately false feedback or reviews to damage WorldCupGigs's reputation.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All training materials, session recordings, assessment content, program documents, and placement guides are the exclusive intellectual property of WorldCupGigs. Candidates are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, selling, or distributing any program materials without prior written consent.

Candidates are required to maintain confidentiality regarding cohort communication, trainer identities, placement strategies, and partner platform access credentials. Breach of confidentiality may result in disqualification and, where applicable, legal action.

Limitation of Liability

WorldCupGigs makes no warranties regarding: uninterrupted access to platform work arising from technical failures or platform policy changes; the specific amount of earnings a Candidate will generate; or the outcome of any Candidate's individual performance.

The total liability of WorldCupGigs to any Applicant, for any reason whatsoever and outside of the refund provisions in Clause 4, shall not exceed the amount of the Application Fee paid (KES 1,000).

Privacy and Data Protection

By submitting an application, Applicants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data for processing their application, administering the program, facilitating placement, and communicating program updates.

WorldCupGigs will not sell, rent, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties. Applicants may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the team on WhatsApp at +254 731 652449.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

WorldCupGigs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 14 days, disputes may be referred to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the WorldCupGigs Application Form, completing the assessments, or making the Application Fee payment, the Applicant confirms they have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, are applying of their own free will, and agree to all provisions herein.
